Anyone who has watched cheetah footage will recognise the moment, the low body, the tail out for balance, the spine doing most of the work. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt 61 cm long, the maquette suits a desk, a mantel or a shelf where the movement can be seen at eye level. It sits within the \u003cstrong\u003e\u003ca href=\"https:\/\/benguelacove.co.za\/pages\/carol-bryant-sculpture-artist-exhibition\" title=\"Benguela Cove exhibition\"\u003eBenguela Cove exhibition\u003c\/a\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e alongside its larger sibling, Large Chasing Cheetah, giving buyers a choice of scale for the same subject. Bronze needs little upkeep once in place, an occasional wipe is normally enough, whether the piece stands indoors or out.
