18th March 2023, is the end of Harvest at Benguela Cove. Guests are invited to join us to celebrate the end of another successful vintage. Wear comfy shoes as we will start in the vineyard and pick some final grapes before tasting some of the fruits of our labour. Onto the winery complex and a celebratory lunch will be served that is sure to be fit for a king and includes wines from our previous vintages as well as some newly vinified wines. This is not to be missed. Tickets R950 per person including wines and live music.

Meet us at the Benguela Cove Tasting Room: 10:00 for welcome and introductions
Picking Starts: 10:30 (we’ll escort you into the vineyards in our safari trucks)
Lunch: 12:00

Interesting Facts about our Vineyards
Location: Our 2.7km stretch of ocean facing vineyards grow from a mere 3m above sea level. Where Walker Bay meets the Atlantic Ocean, between Cape Town and Hermanus, on Cape Coast of South Africa.
Vines: Planted between 2003 and 2007, with Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Semillon, Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot
Soil: Chalk | Sandstone | Iron Rich Cobblestone | Quartz | Cape Granit | Bokkeveld Shale
