Join us at Benguela Cove Art Gallery in an art exhibition about transformation, with cherry blossoms, sea life, and birds symbolising nature’s evolving beauty, resilience, and the passage of time. 

This art exhibition by Yiull Damaso brings together cherry blossoms, sea life, and birds to explore themes of change, resilience, and interconnectedness. Through evolving imagery, the works reflect the ongoing journey of transformation, encouraging viewers to embrace impermanence and find meaning in life’s fluid nature. 

Open for viewing and sales everyday: 9:30 – 18:00. At the Benguela Cove Art Gallery and Tasting room. 

About the Artist: Yiull Damaso 

Yiull, an artist from South Africa's Western Cape, creates across diverse mediums, from vibrant oil paintings to sculpture, custom motorbikes, jewellery, and eyewear. Best known for his thought-provoking Mandela portraits, Yiull’s work has garnered global attention, featured in The New York Times and BBC. With murals in cities worldwide and collections in luxury spaces, his art continues to inspire and challenge, leaving a lasting impact on contemporary art.

The Art Gallery at Benguela Cove adds to the truly unique experience that we strive to offer our guests. The walls of the Estate are adorned with art from many of South Africa's famous and up and coming artists. Owner, Penny Streeter OBE, loves the way art brings a room to life and is particularly interested in contemporary art and sculpture.
