Moody Lagoon Restaurant at Benguela Cove Wine Estate is a must visit destination for foodies and families alike. Offering spectacular views, delicious food and award-winning wines, Moody Lagoon is one of the top restaurants near Hermanus.  

The Spring Menu includes interesting “small tasting plates” - perfect for sharing with friends and family, with a wine pairing. Standout dishes include; 

Sous vide bone marrow, white wine and pink peppercorn gastrique, shiminjy mushrooms, snails, thyme and bacon crumble, toasted ciabatta. Paired with Benguela Cove Pinot Noir (best in South Africa).

Local fish, gnocchi, avo, salami, tomato salsa and elderflower-pickled cucumber, paired with Benguela Cove Sauvignon Blanc.

And beef shin burger, confit garlic, bone marrow, smoked potato mash, crispy onions served with a balsamic onion, rocket and parmesan salad, with Benguela Cove Collage.
