This May, our wine ambassadors guide you through a seated pairing of four wines from the Lighthouse range, each matched to a gourmet bite from our kitchen. You taste the wines as they're meant to be tasted - in context, with food, alongside someone who made them their life's work.

Lighthouse Sauvignon Blanc with Fresh chucked oyster, lemon zest
The Sauvignon Blanc's saline edge and notes of gooseberry and nectarine mirror the brine of a freshly shucked oyster. Sea on sea - and it works.

Lighthouse Rosé with Fig, feta and mint bite
Our Rosé carries aromas of pomegranate, strawberry and violet. The fig and feta bite brings a savoury counterpoint that lets the wine's fruit come forward.

Lighthouse Syrah with Crocodile carpaccio, Benguela Cove olive oil
A cool-climate Syrah - think cherry, white pepper and fynbos - pairs naturally with the delicate, gamey flavour of crocodile carpaccio, finished with a drizzle of our estate-pressed olive oil.

Lighthouse Moody Lagoon with Chocolate brownie bite
Moody Lagoon is a Bordeaux-style red blend: structured, layered, built for the table. The brownie bite draws out its dark fruit and lets the finish linger.
