Benguela Cove has strengthened its position on South Africa’s fine-wine stage in Tim Atkin MW’s 2026 South Africa Special Report, with seven wines scoring 92 points or higher and the flagship Catalina Semillon 2024 achieving an impressive 95 points. More than a standout result, the scores demonstrate the depth and consistency of the estate’s portfolio across multiple varieties and styles, while Catalina’s inclusion among Atkin’s Best Semillons of 2026 places it alongside some of the Cape’s most respected producers.
