Large vineyard plots for sale, Hermanus
Six plots on the northern slopes, set among vines that are picked every year. This is the Collection for owners who measure a property in land rather than in outlook, and who want space enough that the nearest house is a decision rather than an inevitability.
Plot 106, at 4,278 square metres, sold in August 2026. Plot 105, at 4,205 square metres, is now the last large-format plot on the estate. When it goes, nothing of that size remains, because no more land is being released.
What the space actually gives you
At between 2,700 and 4,200 square metres, these plots hold a house, a guest wing, a pool and a garden with room left over, on ground that is already planted and cared for.
Minimum and maximum permitted floor areas are set for each plot and are given in the architectural guidelines, which Nick will send you.
