We ask everyone considering a plot to come and see the estate properly. Walk the ground, stand where the house would stand, have lunch at Moody Lagoon and watch what the light does in the late afternoon. Photographs cannot tell you whether you want to live somewhere.

Nick Rea, our Sales Lead, handles every visit personally. He will walk the plots that interest you, answer the awkward questions about cost and timing, and introduce you to the people who look after the estate. There is no obligation and no pressure. A decision about where to live should not be hurried.

Stay a night or two

Staying a night or two while you decide is usually the best way to see the estate. We have twelve villas and the ten-bedroom Benguela Manor, and Nick can arrange it alongside your viewing.
