Nature reserve plots for sale, Hermanus
Seven plots across three parts of the estate: the private nature reserve, the southern ridge and the southern vineyards. What they have in common is proximity to land that is being actively looked after rather than simply left alone.
The reserve is a protected pocket of the Cape Floral Kingdom. Indigenous plants are protected, invasives are removed, the lagoon is monitored and the wildlife corridors are kept open. The WWF Conservation Champion designation and our Travelife certification are independent assessments with criteria we work to keep, not badges we awarded ourselves.
Owning here means inheriting a relationship with that land. We take it seriously and we ask owners to do the same.
