Join us on Thursday, 24 December 2026, for an elegant Christmas Eve Dinner at Moody Lagoon Restaurant. Set on the water's edge at Benguela Cove Wine Estate, this exclusive festive dining experience combines exceptional cuisine, award-winning wine, and breathtaking sunset views across the lagoon. Dinner service begins from 18:30.  

As daylight fades and the estate glows with festive warmth, settle in for an evening of fine food, good company, and memorable conversation. The highlight of the evening is a specially curated multi-course festive dinner at Moody Lagoon Restaurant, thoughtfully prepared by our Head Chef using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. 

A Christmas Eve Feast to Remember 

Leave the cooking to us and enjoy a relaxed evening where every detail has been taken care of. 

• To Start: A sharing herb-infused milk bun wreath with a warm melted camembert centre, accompanied by selected cold meats, cocktail tomatoes, and artisanal preserves. 

• Main Course: Choose between honey-glazed gammon, traditional stuffed chicken with rich gravy, or smoked roast beef finished with num-num berry and red wine jus. Served alongside festive favourites including crispy Pommes Anna with cheese sauce, mature cheddar gem squash, sweet corn, and green beans with shaved Parmesan. 

• Dessert: Complete the evening with Amarula Malva pudding served with Rooibos crème anglaise, or a decadent summer trifle layered with seasonal berries, dark chocolate sauce, and chocolate sponge 

Our children's menu ensures younger guests can enjoy a festive meal of their own while parents relax and savour the occasion. With giant courtyard games, sprawling lawns and gorgeous play areas, this is an ideal family-friendly dining experience.
