The Blending Table, Make Your Own Wine at Benguela Cove

Every guest leaves with a bottle they made themselves. 

Once a month, Winemaker opens the cellar to 20 guests for Benguela Cove's Blending Table. You will taste four to six component wines from the current vintage, blend your own final wine at the table using precision pourers and tasting notes, then watch the winemaker reveal his own blend and judge the results. Every guest leaves with a labelled bottle of their own creation. 

Sunday, 11:00, 2.5 hours. R895 per person, including wines and bottling. 20 Seats only.
