The Winemaker picks a wine. Our kitchen builds a dish around it. Then they swap: the chef names a dish, Johann pulls a wine from the cellar to match. Guests score every round on a card, and nobody has agreed on a winner yet. 

This is not a tasting, and it is not a lunch; it is a competition, and you are the judge.
